Hoosac Falls to Pittsfield
2/5/2019by Berkshire Eagle

The Generals held Hoosac to just four points in the first quarter and didn't let up. By the end of the third, Pittsfield's lead ballooned out to 51-26.

Three players scored in double figures for PHS (9-6, 2-2 Berkshire North), led by Craig Jackson's 15 points. Sincere Moorer added 14 and Joe Cracolici had 13 points.

"Credit PHS with quality team defense," Hoosac coach Dave Harte Jr. wrote in an email. "Their guard play is very solid and unselfish, and their bigs have soft touch around the rim. They got second and third opportunities all night. Our kids still competed, but came up short."

Casey Meczywor had 11 points and Izaha Stubbs added 10 to lead the Hurricanes (5-10, 0-3).
